What is the Tomb Raider Level Editor?

The Tomb Raider Level Editor allowed players to build, play and share their own Tomb Raider levels using the same game engine employed in The Last Revelation and Chronicles (TR4 and 5). The Level Editor tools were included on a separate CD sold with the PC and Macintosh version of Chronicles. This CD also included an extensive manual and tutorial in PDF format. In the intervening years, players have created more modern, user-friendly tools for building TR levels, and virtually all of the levels released today include everything you need to install, launch, and play. These are linked below.

Even if you don't have the time or talent to create your own levels, I encourage you to check out some of the hundreds of levels other fans have made. With custom levels, Lara's adventures never end!
