Temple of Xian - Temple Entrance

Tomb Raider II Remastered screenshot
In the last section, you swam through a flooded tunnel to arrive at the TEMPLE ENTRANCE. There are two buildings here: a larger one with wide steps straight ahead and a smaller one on the right. You don't have the key for the second building yet.

If you like, you can get its attention, then backflip into the water, where it can't reach you.

Kill an eagle (5) that flies in from the far side of the cavern.

NOTE: I'm not sure if this bird is modeled on any real-life species. It looks like it could be a Steppe eagle.

Then drop down, swim back through either underwater opening to the pool below the falls...

DARK MODE: I plan to add optional dark mode for these pages, but my current priority is updating the walkthroughs. Meanwhile, may I suggest a reputable dark mode browser extension, such as Dark Reader? (Download only from trusted sites, like darkreader.org or your browser's official add-on/extension site.)
