Temple of Xian - Pools and Waterfall
After collecting the Gold Dragon secret, as shown in the first section, dive into the water...
...and allow Lara to be swept over the falls.
Quickly swim to the far right corner of the lower pool (i.e., right when Lara's back is to the waterfall). Climb out on the wooden ledge...
...and shoot 2 carp (1-2).
Note the keyhole here, the gate on the left, and the ladder leading up to a closed trapdoor. Apparently you'll need a key.
There are two underwater openings in the rock wall across the pool. Both lead to the next area, but there's a pickup in the one on the right. So swim down into that opening.
Before the tunnel slopes upward, look for a tunnel on the right.
Swim inside to find a small medi pack (2) and a glimpse of a GOLD KEY you can't reach yet. Return to the wider tunnel, turn right...
...and surface near the TEMPLE ENTRANCE.
