Venice - Jumping to the Awning Across the Canal

The first part of this sequence is also shown in a short video tutorial on the main Strategy page.

Shoot out the window in the room with the checkerboard floor.

Climb onto the windowsill and walk to the edge. Then hop back once to set up for the running jump.

Press and hold Forward and immediately press Jump, and Lara will run two steps and jump on the third. . .

. . . taking off right at the edge of the windowsill.

Press and hold Action while Lara is in the air to grab the awning.

Then pull up.

Turn left and jump across the red awnings to the door you just opened with the switch. Climb inside and throw another switch.

This opens the door in the fence below.
