Offshore Rig - Yellow Card and Lock
After collecting the Jade Dragon, as shown in the last section, you returned to the tall room with the second lever. Climb out of the water into the doorway. Notice the other doorway high above. You'll be able to reach it later from the other side.
For now, follow the passageway to a ledge overlooking the pool and SEAPLANE. Head to the right...
...and jump across the gap in the walkway. (It's not dangerous, but if you fall into the pool, there's no convenient ledge to climb out. You'll have to swim all the way through the tunnel near the big fan.)
NOTE: There's a button on the wall outside the windows that opens a hatch on the underside of the seaplane. (screenshots) If you took the shortcut for the "Don't Even Need to Wet My Feet" achievement/trophy, you won't need to press this button or swim underneath the plane. There are no other pickups there. Again, the longer route is described in the classic walkthrough.
Shoot out a window and go back inside.
Now that you're armed, you can deal with the 2 rig workers (1-2) you avoided earlier.
One drops a large medi pack (3), the other a YELLOW PASS CARD (4).
Use the card in the YELLOW LOCK to open one of the doors opposite the windows.
Enter the next room and press the button to turn off the alarm. Finally!
