Diving Area - Second "Fire Safety" Encounter and Secret #2 (Jade Dragon)
In the last section, we navigated a trapped hallway with timed burners to get a MACHINE CHIP. Now we'll use it. Return across the HELIPAD and down the stairs to the LARGE SQUARE HALLWAY.
Head to the right...
...back to the other wheeled hatch. Enter and go down the steps...
...into the ROOM WITH THE POOL AND CIRCULAR SAW. If you didn't already push the movable box aside to reveal the electrical panel, do so now. Insert the MACHINE CHIP into the panel to open the nearby door.
The ramp leads down to a ROOM WITH A POOL AND ORANGE TANKS. There are 2 enemies (17-18) there: A guy with a club on the far side of the pool and one with a flamethrower lurking just inside on the left. (He's enemy 2/9 for the "Fire Safety" achievement/trophy.) Here I recommend automatic pistols or Uzis if you have ammunition to spare. Move down the ramp, not quite to the bottom.
Start shooting the club guy as soon as Lara locks on.
When he falls, move all the way into the room...
...let the flamethrower set Lara on fire, then immediately run off the edge into the pool.
Swim to the far corner of the pool, climb out of the water...
...and finish off the flamethrower before he can toast you again.

Alternatively, if you'd rather not be set on fire, run forward along the right side of the pool, shooting at the club guy as soon as Lara locks on.
When you reach the far wall, roll and kill the flamethrower guy before he gets close enough to use his weapon.
The club guy drops a small medi pack (21). You'll also find 2 bundles of harpoons (22-23) on the floor near the small, orange tanks.
NOTE: If you don't already have the HARPOON GUN, you'll get it here, along with one bunch of harpoons.
The electronic panel across from the entrance opens automatically when you approach.
It's much easier to spot if you switch to classic graphics (F1 on keyboard, Options button on PS4/5, Menu button on Xbox, Plus [+] on Switch).
Go in and press the button to open a grate at the bottom of the pool.
Swim down to recover SECRET #2, the Jade Dragon (24).
