The Deck - Seraph Artifact and Level Exit

In the last section, we obtained the Jade Dragon secret and dropped back down to the MAIN DECK.

If you are not working on the "Fire Safety" achievement/trophy, you can eliminate the 2 flamethrowers (29-30) now. Lara should have no trouble targeting them with pistols from the MAIN DECK, and their flames should not reach her. If they run off or get stuck between the crates, either hang from the edge and pull up, or move away from the edge, so they lose interest, then move back, and you'll probably be able to target them. (If all else fails, slide down the hull, as shown below, and deal with them on the ground.)

Now make your way down to the CAVERN FLOOR. If the flamethrowers are dead, you can safety drop from the edge next to the metal duct, where the ground below is slightly higher. You'll still lose about half of your health in the fall, but you're almost done with the level, so this shouldn't be a problem.

To get down without injury, move to the other side of the MAIN DECK, just beyond the broken railing. Take a running jump onto the overturned hull...

...and slide down to the cavern floor.

Behind the overturned hull, on the far side of the cavern from the decks, you'll find the STORAGE ROOM.

Use the STORAGE KEY in the lock.

NOTE: If you missed the STORAGE KEY, directions for backtracking are in a footnote following the main walkthrough.

Enter and pick up the SERAPH (35) to end the level.

NOTE: The achievement/trophy "We Are Searching the Right Place," unlocks automatically when you finish the Offshore Rig and Maria Doria chapters. "No Fish Soup Today" also unlocks on the level-end statistics screen if you didn't harm or take damage from sharks.

DARK MODE: I plan to add optional dark mode for these pages, but my current priority is updating the walkthroughs. Meanwhile, may I suggest a reputable dark mode browser extension, such as Dark Reader? (Download only from trusted sites, like darkreader.org or your browser's official add-on/extension site.)
