Furnace of the Gods - Cracked Tiles and Funnel to the Exit (No Achievement/Trophy)

IMPORTANT: If you want "The Dissolution" achievement/trophy, follow the sequence shown here instead.

After collecting the third secret and climbing back to the top of the volcano, as shown in the previous section, approach the edge of the square pit.

Take a running jump across the pit to grab the top of the ladder on the inside wall. Then climb down almost to the bottom. (You can save the game while hanging on the ladder. Just be sure to hold Action when reloading, so Lara doesn't fall.)

If you don't care about earning an achievement/trophy, there's no need to shatter all of the tiles. So, drop from the ladder onto the breakaway tiles. Run forward and then make a U-turn around to the left.

Keep running and jump at the edge to clear the wide gap and land on the rightmost tile on the other side. Continue forward onto the safe corner block with the large medi pack (64), the last pickup in the level.

To reach the funnel below without dying, turn around so the corner is behind Lara on her left. Walk to the edge, sidestep to the left, then take a standing jump forward.

Lara will land at the top of the brown slope, losing just a little health, then slide down through the hole in the floor.

Continue sliding for quite a while...

...before finally touching down in a barred walkway. Run forward into a cage, where you'll get a glimpse of the next level.

Drop through the hole in the floor then step forward to end the level.

NOTE: If you're working on the "Defensive Capabilities" achievement/trophy (catfish avoidance), save the game at the beginning of the KINGDOM level. Reload the save you made earlier in the FLOODED RUINS. Then follow the achievement guide here.
