Fool's Gold - Room with Elevated Walkway and Alcoves
In the last section, you dealt with several rats and flamethrowers and maybe unlocked an achievement/trophy in the process. When you're ready to move on, continue through the small doorway in the room with the pools.
Climb onto the rusty ledge just inside on the right.
Then pull up onto the walkway above...
...and kill the guy with the shotgun (52).
- OR -
Instead, stand on the rusty ledge, back into the corner near the entrance...
...and jump up and down while shooting until the bad guy falls. Then climb onto the walkway and pick up 2 sets of M16 clips (61-62) lying in the alcove above the entrance.
Move to the opposite end of the walkway and drop down into the passageway below.
There's another enemy (53, later) behind a barred doorway. You can't shoot each other yet. (Tomb Raider honor system?) So head off in the opposite direction into the dark room ahead.
DARK MODE: I plan to add optional dark mode for these pages, but my current priority is updating the walkthroughs.
