NOTES ON THE REMASTER: At this point I can't guarantee 100% accuracy for this guide. Updates are in progress but will take time. Levels that have been worked on will say "Remastered," rather than "Classic," in the title. In the meantime, I have attempted to provide a running count of all kills and pickups, including totals for health packs, chocolates, sellable items, and cash, as well as notebook entries, which are needed for some achievements/trophies. If I've missed any, I do apologize. Please let me know if you discover anything not mentioned here. Also, in case it's not obvious, these guides are based on classic tank controls, and I have not yet included strats for all achievements/trophies.
LEVEL 7: ST. AICARD'S GRAVEYARD (Remaster)

BOUCHARD'S DOORMAN: If you enter this level through the gate on the Rue Dominique guarded by Bouchard's Doorman, you'll come in at ground level, through the wooden door at one end of the L-shaped area, bypassing FRANCINE'S APARTMENT. Skip down to the section "MAIN GATE/DOORMAN," (below).
FRANCINE'S APARTMENT: If you enter this level through Francine's apartment, you must speak to her in order to progress.
Dialogue - Francine: She says Bouchard's hideout is located in the church basement, which you can reach through one of the mausoleums. Her apartment overlooks the graveyard. So you can exit via her balcony, but she warns you to be careful on the dangerous ledges.
Before leaving the apartment, you can steal health pills (1) and a sports watch (2) from the china cabinet behind her. You'll have no way of pawning the watch now, but taking it unlocks the "Kleptomaniac" achievement/trophy. (screenshots)
ROOFTOPS: Exit the apartment onto the balcony. Turn right and jump across the gap to grab the next ledge. Pull up. (You'll get the ammo down below shortly.) Vault over the low railing. Climb the drainpipe, traverse to the right, and pull up onto the ledge. Either run without hesitation or carefully jump over the crumbling sections of ledge ahead until you reach the next corner. Turn around, hang from the edge, and traverse to the right until you can drop onto the small balcony below the red wire. There's a drainpipe in the corner that leads down to the courtyard below. Walk carefully to the edge of the balcony, turn around, hang from the edge, then traverse right to grab onto the drainpipe. Climb down to the ground. (screenshots)
Barge down the door opposite the little doghouse. (In the original game, you needed a strength upgrade to do this, but in the remaster Lara already feels strong enough!) Picking up the V-packer standard cartridges (3) in this alley unlocks the "Death-Defying" achievement/trophy. Climb back up the drainpipe to the little balcony below the red wire. (screenshots)
NOTE: If you entered the graveyard via the Doorman's gate, you'll get the ammo and achievement/trophy a little later.
Stand beneath the red wire and jump up to grab it. Traverse across the courtyard and drop onto the ledge. (If Lara won't immediately traverse forward, try pulling her legs up using the Duck button.) Follow the balcony around to the end and safety drop onto the mausoleum roof below. Hop down to the ground and follow the path toward the big wooden door. (This is where you would have entered if you came past the Doorman.) Pick up a small medipack (4) behind a gravestone to the right of the door. (screenshots)

MAIN GATE/DOORMAN: The Doorman lets Lara into the graveyard at ground level. Turn around and pick up a small medipack (1 via Doorman) behind a gravestone to the right of the wooden door. (screenshots)
NOTES: If you chose this route, rather than entering via FRANCINE'S APARTMENT, you will now be three pickups short. You'll get one of those items soon. The others are unobtainable via the Bernard/Doorman route. However, you should still finish with the maximum number of pickups on the in-game statistics screen: 7/7. If you entered the graveyard via FRANCINE'S APARTMENT but missed the achievement/trophy, you can still get it, as described below.
Follow the path away from the door and climb up onto the first mausoleum on the left (i.e., the tall tomb with the door, not the shorter crypts). Position Lara about halfway along the long edge of the mausoleum roof and turn about 45 degrees to the left. Save the game before side-flipping over the spike-topped-wall. If you miss the jump, Lara will be impaled. If you're successful, she'll sail over the wall into the courtyard below FRANCINE'S APARTMENT. (screenshots)

EXPLORING THE GRAVEYARD: Continue around the corner toward the far end of the graveyard. There's a guard dog (1) near the end of the path. If you're after the "Good Boys" achievement/trophy (no harming or taking damage from dogs), you'll probably want to quick-save here, since you'll need to avoid it. Take running jumps over the dog, as you approach the large gate at the end of the path. Then jump on/over the crypts on the right and pick up the bandages (3 or 5) lying in the corner behind the right corner mausoleum. (screenshots)
If you're avoiding the dog, quick-save again if things have gone well so far. Then run/jump back over the low crypt, turn left, and run back along the path toward the corner. As you approach the bend in the path, turn left into the space between the tall, corner mausoleum and the slightly shorter one next to it. Then quickly pull up onto the shorter mausoleum. Turn around and jump onto the flat top of the taller mausoleum. Turn right. Then take a running jump across the path onto the next flat-topped mausoleum (i.e., the one to the left of the fenced-in area). (screenshots)
NOTE: If you don't care about getting all pickups, you can drop into the fenced area on the right and proceed directly to the LEVEL EXIT, below.
Walk to the rear edge of the mausoleum and jump forward to grab the vine-covered ledge. Pull up. Walk along the ledge to the left to get a chocolate bar (4 or 6). Continue to the end of the ledge and take a standing jump down onto the fenced-in mausoleum in the corner. Drop down in front of it and open the door to find a Desert Ranger clip (5 or 7) and bandages (6 or 8). (screenshots)
NOTE: If you're playing the classic game, this door won't open without first obtaining a strength upgrade. See the note below for details.
Climb back on top of the mausoleum. Turn so Lara faces out over the door. Then jump over the fence onto the next tomb. (It's either a running jump or a standing jump-and-grab from the edge.) There's now another guard dog (2) near the big wooden door. It will approach when Lara descends. So, if you're avoiding the dogs for the "Good Boys" achievement/trophy, quick-save once more. Then face the large gate at the end of the path, jump down, quickly run/jump past the tall, corner mausoleum, and turn right into the space between the tall mausoleum and the shorter one next to it. Climb on top of the shorter mausoleum, like you did before. Turn around and jump onto the tall, corner mausoleum. Then take a running jump onto the flat-topped mausoleum on the other side of the path. (screenshots)
This time, drop down into the fenced-in area on the right. Barge down the door of the tomb with the decorative cross cutout. Pick up a Desert Ranger clip (7 or 9) inside. (screenshots)
NOTE: In the classic game, breaking down this door gave Lara an upper-body strength upgrade, which was necessary to break down the door in the COURTYARD, as well as the door to the mausoleum with the Desert Ranger ammo and bandages, and to push over the angel statue. The classic guide describes this sequence.
LEVEL EXIT: Finally, climb up behind the angel statue and push it over to open the LEVEL EXIT. Drop into the tunnels. (screenshots)
NOTE: Again, if you chose the Bernard/Doorman route, you should still finish the level with 7/7 pickups. (screenshot) If you came in via FRANCINE'S APARTMENT, you'll have 9/7. (screenshot) If you missed anything, you can climb onto the mausoleum and jump back over the fence. You won't be able to re-enter FRANCINE'S APARTMENT, but you can get everything else in this area.

*NOTE ON LEVEL MAPS: VGCartography's Angel of Darkness maps follow a slightly different level-naming convention than I do. You'll notice most of the Parisian Ghetto-adjacent areas on the same large map. Later, the elemental levels off the Hall of Seasons are included on the same map as the hub level.
