Temple of Xian - "Hero of Reaching Unreachable Supplies" Achievement/Trophy
After making your way through the second temple, past the metal boulders and rolling blade, as shown in the last section, you come to this small room with a motionless blade. Pick up 2 sets of Uzi clips and a large medi pack (36-38) near the skeleton. This blade doesn't start rolling until you move out onto the wooden bridge.
NOTE: If you already obtained the "unreachable" large medipack at the beginning of the level using modern controls, skip to the next section.
The first section of bridge is safe, so you can step out and take a look around. Off to the right of the bridge, there's a ladder on the cavern wall and a little room at the top containing a large medi pack (39). This item is inaccessible without cheating in the classic game but easily obtained in the remaster.
To get it, take a standing from the bridge to the nearest stone ledge.
Run forward off that ledge to land on the block far below, losing a little health in the process.
Then take a running jump to grab the ladder.
Climb to the top, then up into the room with the medi pack.
Taking it unlocks the "Hero of Reaching Unreachable Supplies" achievement/trophy.
To get back up to the bridge, dive into the pool, allow the current to sweep Lara over the waterfall...
......swim through either of the underwater openings on the left, and surface near the TEMPLE ENTRANCE.
Re-enter the SECOND TEMPLE (i.e., the one on the right that you unlocked using the SILVER KEY) and retrace your steps through the building, across the first wooden bridge, and through the next building (with the rolling blade) to the room with the skeleton and not-yet-moving blade.
