Furnace of the Gods - Secret #1 Gold Coins

At the top of the wooden ladder beyond the RAT ROOM, you'll find a blue block with a carved face filling the passageway. Push it twice.

You'll end up in this small room.

Move the carved block to either side to find SECRET #1, the gold coins, underneath.
