Climb on top of the tomb where you got the upgrade and jump back across the fence to the nearest tall tomb. Walk to the back edge and jump to grab the vine-covered ledge. Pull up.
Activate walk mode and move to the left to get a chocolate bar (circled in the screenshot above). Continue to the left end of the ledge and jump down on top of the fenced-in mausoleum in the corner. Drop to the ground and break down the door of the mausoleum, which also happens to be decorated with a cross. (If you haven't already received the upper-body strength upgrade, Lara will tell you she's not strong enough to do this yet.)
