Eckhardt's Lab - Level Start and Trapped Tunnel
Follow the tunnel to the top of a slope. Approach carefully at a walk. If Lara slides down the middle, the retracting spikes pop out and skewer her.
Instead, slide down on the left side and jump before the first set of spikes to land on the stone ledge jutting out from the wall.
Walk to the far edge and take a standing jump to clear the lava pit and second set of horizontal spikes and land in the tunnel below with little to no health loss.
Continue along the tunnel...
...to the laboratory.
