Lara won't leave without VON CROY'S NOTEBOOK (1). So if you didn't get it from Mlle. Carvier, go into the kitchen....
...and retrieve it from the drawer on the right, just below the microwave oven
Apart from the notebook, you can also find vintage Cognac (2) and a hip flask (3) on the left counter in the kitchen...
...a diamond ring (4) on the lamp table beside the kitchen door (i.e., on the left when standing in the sitting room, on the right as you exit the kitchen)...
...and health pills (5) in the desk drawer in the sitting room.
When you have everything, exit through the door at the end of the short hallway to the right of the fireplace.
