The Colosseum - Secret #1
After destroying the gargoyles and nearly reaching the PHILOSOPHER'S STONE in TRAJAN'S MARKETS, Lara slides into the catacombs beneath the colosseum.
Follow the passageway forward.
Just beyond the grate letting light in from above, look to the right for a movable block with a metal ring on it. Push it...
...to reveal a secret room containing a golden rose (9) (70/239), SECRET #1 (7/36).
Return to the main passage and continue to the right.
Start through the narrow space between the high stone walls.
Cutscene: The floor crumbles beneath Lara's feet revealing a lava pit below.
As soon as the cutscene ends, run forward and jump at the edge of the solid floor to clear the gap.
The exit, ahead on the right, is closed. Hang from the doorsill above the lava pit. Traverse to the left and around the corner. Then pull up into the crawlspace.
Crawl forward, then press Jump to somersault into the small room below.
Press the square button to open the exit from the big room above. Climb back into the crawlspace.
Turn around and crawl backwards toward the opening. Hold Action + Back to drop and hang above the lava pit.
Traverse back around the corner and pull up.
Proceed through the room with the grating floor and out the door on the right.
Follow the passageway to a slope, but don't slide down yet. If you're after achievements/trophies, you'll need to play the next section carefully.
