When you enter the room, a deadly ice vent blocks the walkway on the right, preventing you from moving all the way around the spike pit to claim the reward on the far left.

Standing on the pressure pad near the entrance lowers the column on the platform in the middle of the spike pit. Depressing the pad also turns on the ice vents between you and the center platform.

Move off the pad to deactivate the vents so you can jump over the spikes onto the center platform.

Place a remote bomb behind the column near its base. Then jump back across to the pressure pad.

Stand on the pad to lower the column, raise the Staff of Osiris, and then detonate the remote bomb...

...to fling the time bomb over the spikes toward you.

Roll the time bomb onto the pressure pad so it deactivates the ice vent on the right side of the walkway Keep the staff raised to prevent the time bomb from exploding until you have passed that vent. Then it's OK if the bomb explodes. Continue all the way around the perimeter of the room...

...to reach the reward: the HEAVY GRENADE LAUNCHER and a MAX HEALTH UPGRADE.

When you enter the side room, various ice vents shut off, so you can exit safely. Either return around the edge of the room or jump over to the center platform...

...then back to the ledge near the pressure pad. Leave the tomb the way you came in.
