Before starting across the lava pool, notice the AMMO UPGRADE on top of the first support column on the right (NE). You'll get that from above in a moment. Jump across the lava to the third ledge.
Have Lara stand on the square pressure pad here to raise a pedestal with a golden ring ahead. Grapple the ring and continue standing on the pad as Totec hops up onto the cable. Totec should then wait for the flame jets on the wall to cycle off before moving along the cable to the middle.
From there, he can jump to the right to grab the top of the wall and pull up to find a red skull (1/10).
Rather than dropping back down to the cable, Totec should now jump across the tops of the pillars to the right to claim the AMMO UPGRADE on top of the rightmost column.
He can then drop down and return across the ledges to where Lara is standing.
He'll then need to climb onto the cable once more and then carefully cross in front of the flame jets to the ledge on the far left. (Or, alternatively, hop back across the columns to the ledge where the red skull was and then jump down onto the ledge on the far left.)
Once Totec reaches the far ledge, he should turn around and throw 3 spears into the wall with the flame jets so Lara can jump across to join him. Then continue together across the broken walkway to the SW.
