Tomb Raider 1 NLNMAS Challenge

Tomb Raider 1 NLNMAS is probably the easiest to complete, but it is not to be underestimated. A tricky side of this challenge is the fact that you cannot track how many secrets you've currently gathered in the level. You will only know how many secrets have been found when you reach the statistics screen at the end of each level. Do not forget any!

PERU
Level 1: Caves = 3 secrets
Level 2: City of Vilcabamba = 3 secrets
Level 3: The Lost Valley = 5 secrets
Level 4: Tomb of Qualopec = 3 secrets

GREECE
Level 5: St. Francis' Folly = 4 secrets
Level 6: Colosseum = 3 secrets
Level 7: Palace Midas = 3 secrets
Level 8: Cistern = 3 secrets
Level 9: Tomb of Tihocan = 2 secrets

EGYPT
Level 10: City of Khamoon = 3 secrets
Level 11: Obelisk of Khamoon = 3 secrets
Level 12: Sanctuary of the Scion = 1 secrets

ATLANTIS
Level 13: Natla’s Mines = 3 secrets
Level 14: Atlantis = 3 secrets
Level 15: The Great Pyramid = 3 secrets*

Total = 45 secrets

*The last secret may be glitched on some versions of the game will not be counted in the statistics. However several fixes (fan-made patches) are available for PC. (See next section.)

Speedrunning NLNMAS - Tomb Raider 1

Should you want to compete for NLNMAS, several rules must be set in order for every player to play the game with the same factors.

• You must obviously follow the basic rules of NLNMAS: No Loading, No Meds, All Secrets.
• We recommend using a timer for your run (for example Livesplit, FramePerfect, Time Split Tracker, WSplit). Real-time is used in the leaderboards. You can find a link to a splitter for Livesplit below.
• You are allowed to mix files from different versions of the game in order to make it work, but it shouldn't change the gameplay or audio. Different textures, replacing models are not allowed. For Tomb Raider I, all ATI patch options are allowed.
• You are allowed to use a widescreen patch.
• You must submit a video for review to apply to the leaderboard below.
