TOMB RAIDER: THE PROPHECY for GAME BOY ADVANCE - PART 2 - CAMBODIA

NOTE: Letter designations for buttons (B#), switches (S#), doors (D#), etc., in the text refer to labels on the corresponding level maps. The buttons are numbered to match their corresponding doors (e.g., button 1 opens door 1, switch 3 disarms trap 3, etc.). All pickups are marked on the map (I hope). Enemies and some hazards are noted in the walkthrough but not on the maps.


Level 8 (password KURZ) - click for printable map/map key

From the start, at the bottom left of the map, go right. There are 3 wolves lurking off screen, but if you advance slowly, you can draw them out one at a time and back up shooting. Then continue all the way to the right along the bottom of the map, past various ledges including a tall, carved stone block (BK2). Get the small medipak, climb onto the rightmost ledge and press the button (B1) to open a door (D1) to the left.

Hop down to the small blue ledge and jump from there to grab the top of the ledge to the right. Pull up. Press the button (B2) to reposition the carved stone block (BK2) to the left. Take a running jump to grab the block and pull up. Go through the door above (D1). A skeleton warrior arises in the next room. When you destroy it, the door at the top of that room opens. Go through into a room with a big hole in the floor.

The switch (S3) near the entrance opens the door (D3) on the far right side of the room. It's timed, so you need to go quickly. Throw the switch, run a few steps to the right and then sprint diagonally down and right (hold Control Pad down and right together plus L to sprint), then up and left. Finally, sprint to the right toward the door and up through it before it closes.

On the other side, carefully run past each of flame traps as it cycles off. Turn left and then, when you reach the next set of flame traps, turn upward. Advance slowly into the room at the top of the hallway. There are 2 skeleton warriors—one with a sword, one with throwing axes. If you go slowly, you can deal with them one at a time. Back away from the one with the sword while shooting, and move side to side while shooting to avoid the other one's flying axes. When both are destroyed, pick up the small medipak on the left and climb onto the block on the right. Jump to grab the higher ledge and pull up.

Follow the ledge up alongside the deep pit. Take a running jump to the left to the ledge with the burners and run off them as quickly as possible. Follow the ledge around to ladders leading up and down. First climb up and press the button (B4) to disarm the spike trap (D4) below. Climb down the two ladders and use the next button (B5) to open a door (D5) elsewhere. Climb back up the lower ladder. Follow the walkway back to the right and take a running jump across the flame traps to grab the ledge on the other side of the pit. Pull up and follow the walkway back down/right.

Hop down from the ledge and go to the right through the room where you shot the skeletons earlier. Continue down to the intersection with flame traps on the left. When they go off, sprint over them. Draw guns and fight 3 wolves in the next room. Try to move around so they don't get Lara, but be careful not to back into the flames or the pit.

Use the switch (S6a) to temporarily lower the spikes (T6) to the left. Take a running jump to the spike ledge and another from there to the next ledge on the left. Press the button (B7) to open another door (D7) out of this area. Then use the switch (S6b) on the left to temporarily lower the spikes again. Take a running jump to grab the edge of the spike-trap ledge. Pull up and jump to the ledge on the left with the previous switch.

The door isn't timed, so you can go slowly now. Follow the hallway down, right, down and right again to the door you just opened (D7), which is right above the hole in the floor. Take a running jump from the doorway across the hole. Exit this room at the left side and head downward through the building to the carved block (BK2). Hop down and return to the left.

Climb onto the small blue ledge with the white carving of a person seated cross-legged. Press the button (B8) to disarm the spike trap (T8) on the ledge to the left. Take a running jump to grab that ledge and pull up. Climb the ladder and traverse to the left. Climb down the other ladder and press the next button (B9) to open a door (D9) off to the right. Hop down off the ledge and go right to the ledge with the golden base and green leaves. Climb up and go through the door you just opened (D9). A skeleton warrior rises up in the next room. If you back out the door, you can lure him outside. Then climb onto the ledge to the left and shoot him from there.

Re-enter the room (through door D9). The door at the top is now open. In the next room, 2 more skeleton warriors arise, and the door closes behind you. (It re-opens once the skeletons are destroyed.) At the top of the room, go left, over a retracted spike trap. Kill a wolf and hop down on the left to get a large medipak. Advance slowly to the left, awakening 2 skeleton warriors one at a time.

Go to the top left corner of the room and press the button (B10) to disarm the spike trap (T10) above. Climb the ladder in the middle of the room, traverse to the right and pull up. Pick up the large medipak and continue to the top. Take a running jump to the ledge with the retracted spikes. Press the button (B11) to open a door (D11) off to the right. Jump across the ledges to the right and go through the door (D11) you just opened.

Follow the hallway up through another door (D5), which you should have opened earlier. (If not, see above for info.) At the top, go left to end the level.

Level 9 (password HELL) - click for printable map/map key

You begin at the top left corner of the map. There are 3 wolves lurking off to the right. Advance slowly to get them one at a time. Continue right and down. Press the button (B1) to open the door(s) below (D1). Head down the corridor, through three open doors to a ledge above some flame traps.

There's another pack of 3 wolves down on the right. To engage them one at a time, climb down on the left side of the doorway (watch out for the burners and spikes) and advance slowly to the right.

After killing all three wolves, continue to the right. When you come to the low blue ledge with white carvings on the front, climb up. Take a running jump to grab the ledge on the left and pull up. Press the button (B2) to open a door (D2) in a room off to the right. Drop down and continue to the right.

When you come to a low blue ledge with a flame trap, carefully climb up. Wait for the flame to subside and run over it to the right. Climb onto the ledge above and then carefully make your way up the blue walkway past 2 more flame traps. Climb the ladder, pick up the small medipak and press the button (B3) to open a door (D3) off to the left. The door (D2) next to this button should be open if you pressed the previous button. Go through into a small room with another door and button. Press the button (B4) to open 2 doors—the one next to the button (D4a) and another off to the left (D4b).

Go through the door above and fight the skeleton warrior. (You can back out the door or down the hall while shooting.) Follow the hall down and left to the other door (D4b) you just opened. Enter and press the 2 buttons (B5 and B6) to open doors elsewhere (D5 and D6).

The door across the hall (D8) doesn't open yet. So continue down the hall to the left. Pick up the small medipak at the top and exit through the door below (D3). Climb down the ladder; hop down onto the ledge and then to the ground.

First, go to the right and climb back up on the low ledge with the single flame. When it goes off, jump up to grab the thin blue molding and traverse to the left. Pull up onto a ledge with a small medipak and a button (B7). Press the button to lower the spike trap (T7) back to the left. Drop down and return left to the disarmed spike trap. Press the button there (B8) to open the last door (D8) back in the rooms to the right.

To get back there, return to the right and climb onto the low blue ledge with the white carvings on the front. Take a running jump to grab the ledge on the right and pull up. Climb onto the ledge above and then climb the ladder above/left. Enter (through door D3) and continue right to the door (D8) you just opened. In the room beyond, another skeleton warrior arises. Destroy it and press the button (B9) to open another door (D9) off to the left.

Exit this room the way you came (down and to the left). Hop down to the ground. Go through the door (D6) on the bottom wall, below the low blue ledge with the white carvings. Advance carefully toward the first set of flame traps to awaken a skeleton warrior below. Back out of the room shooting. When the skeleton falls, return to the room and carefully go past the flames—for the first set, run between them; for the second, run past on either side.

In the room below, advance carefully to the right to awaken 3 skeleton warriors one at a time. Back away shooting, but watch out for the burners if you go up the hallway. When you've destroyed the skeletons, press the button (B10) to disarm a spike trap (T10) in a room near the top of the map.

Before going up there, climb the ladder to the right of the button (B10), traverse to the right and pull up. In the room at the top, pick up a small medipak and the HEAVEN GODDESS STATUE (S1). Exit and hop back down to the floor.

Now head for the top of the map: Return up the hall with the flame traps. Cross the open area and climb onto the low blue ledge with the white carvings. Jump to grab the ledge on the left and pull up. (This is the ledge with button B2.) Jump to the next ledge and go up the hallway, through two of the doors you opened earlier (D9 and D5). Climb the ladder above the disarmed spike trap (T9) and read the inscription. Climb down the next ladder to get the HELL GOD STATUE (S2).

Climb back up and return down the hall to the open area. Continue down through door D6 and past the burners to the room where you fought the 3 skeletons earlier.

This time, go to the left. Climb the ledges and either shoot the skeleton warrior or lure it onto the flame trap to destroy it. Just be careful not to fall into the deep pit on the left. Go to the top of the ledge, jump to grab the blue molding and traverse to the left. Pull up onto an L-shaped ledge. Make sure Lara's health isn't too low and then take a running jump to grab the ledge with the flame traps on the left. Run off the flames a.s.a.p., but don't go too far forward. There are 2 dormant skeleton warriors just ahead and 3 wolves on the blue ledge below. Try to awaken the skeletons one at a time, and then, after they're destroyed, hop down and deal with the wolves.

Go to the bottom right of the blue ledge and take moment to observe the timing of the 2 sets of flame traps below. When the first set goes out, take a running jump over them to grab the edge of the next ledge. Pull up and quickly press the button (B11) to disarm the spike trap (T11) to the right. Then jump over to it. (The flames should stay off long enough if you go quickly.) Take another running jump to the next ledge to the right. Read the inscription and carefully run past the dart trap into the corner.

Head downward, but don't go too far or Lara will fall off the edge. Approach the Altar of Yhelm, God of Hells, and place the HELL GOD STATUE in the niche. (Press Select, choose the statue and press A.) Press the button (B12) to the left of the niche to lower the carved block (BK12) to the right. If you press the button 3 times, the block should lower all the way. Be sure to take the statue out of the niche before going on.

Run over the block, minding the gap on the right. Then carefully make your way past the dart traps. (You can also hang from the ledge and traverse to the right below them.) Jump the next gap, pull up, and continue right to the Altar of Ernald, Goddess of Heaven. Place the HEAVEN GODDESS STATUE in the niche and press the button (B13) twice to lower the block (BK13) to the right. Be sure to take the statue out of the niche before going on.

(NOTE: If you press button B13 three times, the block gets stuck in the up position, so you can't climb up to the exit. To fix this, place the HELL GOD STATUE in the heaven goddess niche and press the button once more to reset the block to the correct position.)

After using the button and retrieving the HEAVEN GODDESS STATUE, climb the block (BK13) to the room above/right. Destroy the skeleton warrior to open the exit door. Pick up the large medipak. (Don't use it yet, since Lara's health is automatically reset when you change levels.) Go through the exit door.

NOTE: You must have the HELL GOD and HEAVEN GODDESS statues to get through the door. If Lara says, "I still have something to find here," go back to get the statues and try again.

Level 10 (password WEFX)

This is just a short, transitional level, so there's no map. You start at the bottom left. Make your way across the platforms without letting Lara fall to her death in the jungle below. None of the jumps require that you sprint, but remember that sprinting (hold L while running) makes Lara jump much farther. Exit at the top right.

Level 11 (password MEMO) - click for printable map/map key

You begin at the bottom left corner of the map. There are 3 wolves in the room above and to the left. Advance into the doorway slowly and you can probably shoot the first two without even activating them. Then draw out the third and back away shooting. Re-enter the room and climb onto the ledge on the left to get a small medipak. Climb onto the middle ledge and jump to grab the right ledge. Pull up and press the button (B1) to open a door (D1) off to the right and disarm the spike trap (T1) between here and there. Return to the room below and go right, past the disarmed spike trap, and up through the door.

In the next room, go right then down, then right again. To the right of the fountain is a small spike trap that cycles up and down. Wait for the spikes to retract then quickly press the button (B2) and run off the trap. This button opens the door (D2) above. Climb the ladder to the right and take a running jump to grab the ledge with the flame trap. Pull up. Carefully run past the flames when they're off and go through the door. Destroy the skeleton inside and pick up the small medipak and Uzi ammo. Press the button (B3) to disarm one of the spike traps (T3) in the room to the left. Exit to the ledge with the flame traps and safety drop to the ground. (Don't just step off or Lara will fall to her death. )

Go up and left and climb onto the low ledge with the Uzi ammo. Take a running jump over the retracting spikes to grab the ledge on the right. Pull up. Cross the deactivated spike trap (T3) to the button (B4a). First make sure Lara has at least ½ health in case she takes some fire damage. Then press the button to open 2 doors—one just to the left, the other beyond that one (D4a and b). They're timed to close after a few seconds, so quickly grab the blue molding, traverse to the left and pull up into the doorway. Sprint (Up + L) through the firt room, past the flame trap (don't wait for it to cycle off) and through the second door before it closes.

If you're too slow and the door closes, press the button (B4b) in the middle room to open the lower door (D4a), traverse back to the left and try again with the first button (B4a). The button (B4c) in the next room re-opens the door through which you just entered (D4b). You can ignore it unless you forgot something in the previous area.

The 2 sets of flame traps turn on when Lara approaches then cycle on and off. Advance slowly into the area above to awaken the 2 skeleton warriors one at a time. When you've destroyed both, the door at the top of the room opens. Exit there and go right.

Traverse to the right along the brown molding. Climb down the ladder and pick up the Uzi ammo. Take a running jump over the retracting spikes to the ledge below/right. Pick up the small medipak. Hop down and kill 2 wolves. Follow the hall down from the lower left corner of the room.

In the next room, kill another wolf and then climb onto the first ledge on the left. Climb to the blue ledge above. Take a running jump over the retracting spikes to grab the next ledge. Pull up and take the Uzi ammo. Then jump over more spikes to grab the next ledge; pull up. Grab the brown molding and traverse to the right over more spikes. Press the button (B5) to open a door (D5) off to the right. Drop down on the right or bottom side of the ledge and go to the right.

Press the next button (B6a) to open the 2 doors in the small room to the left (D6a and b). They're timed, so run through quickly. If the second door closes before Lara gets through, press the button next to it (B6b) to open the door below (D6a). Go back to the first button and try again. If you missed the previous button (B5) and the third door (D5) is closed, use the buttons in the small rooms (B6b and c) to get back outside.

Once Lara has made it through all three doors, go to the left past several ledges and spike traps to get a small medipak. Climb onto the ledge above and take a running jump to grab the ledge above/right. Pull up. Take another running jump to grab the next ledge and climb the ladder. Press the button (B7a) to open the door (D7) to the left and run through before it closes. Destroy the skeleton warrior. The left button (B7b) opens the door where you came in. Unless you missed something, you don't need to go back. Press the right button (B8) to open the exit door (D8) and go through.

Cut scene: Lara overhears two more robed figures conversing about a black and a red stone. They say they need all the stones for some final ritual, in which the Teg-Du-Bhorez brotherhood will accomplish its duty.

Level 12 (password HEAR) - click for printable map/map key

You start the level at the bottom right corner of the map. When the cut scene finishes, 3 wolves attack. Kill them and climb onto the low blue ledge on the right. Climb the ladders to the top and jump across the blue ledges to the wide ledge on the left. Hop down on the other side, taking care to avoid the spike trap. Press the button (B1) to disarm the spike trap to the left and another spike trap to the right (T1a and b). Climb back on the ledge on the right and jump across to the next ledge. Drop down on the now disarmed spike trap (T1b) and press the button (B2) to open a door (D2) below and to the left.

Drop down and head to the left. Use the ladders and blue molding to traverse above the big spike trap (T3) then go down through the door you just opened. Follow the hallway left and up. Climb the ledges and traverse along the blue molding to the left. Pull up. Get the small medipak in the doorway and press the button (B3) to the left to disarm the big spike trap (T3) you passed before. Return down, right and up (through door D2) to the previous area.

Press the button (B4) above the large spike trap (T3), which should now be disarmed. This opens the door (D4) off to the left, near the previous button (B3). Return there and go through.

Beyond door D4, jump down to the ledge below. Traverse along the brown molding to the left and then climb down the ladder. Watch out for the spike trap (T5) as you fight another skeleton. Pick up the small medipak in the lower right corner and then press the button (B5) in the lower left to lower the spikes (T5). Use the button (B6) above the spike trap to open the door (D6) near the previous button. Go through.

Follow the hallway up to a room where another skeleton warrior waits. When you've destroyed him, climb onto the small ledge at the upper left. Carefully jump over the spikes (T7) to grab the ledge on the right. Pull up and climb the ladder. Traverse to the right and pause just before the ledge with the flame trap. When the flame cycles off, traverse over it, drop and quickly climb onto the ledge above. Run off the second flame trap to safety.

Continue up to a button (B7) and door (D8). Press the button to disarm the spike trap (T7) in the previous room. You'll return there shortly. For now, go to the right. Get the large medipak and hop down the ledges to the room below. Here you'll have to fight 2 robed apparitions shooting energy bolts. Be sure to keep moving and watch out for the spike trap to the right. The spikes retract when you've defeated the baddies. Press the 2 buttons. The one on the right (B9) disarms a trap (T9) you can't see on the ledge above. The one on the left (B10) opens a door (D10) off to the right.

Climb back up the ledges to the top left. Return to the room on the left with the flame traps and carefully climb down. (It's too far to safety drop, so wait for the flames to go out and then run off the top ledge and jump to land on the ledge below.)

Press the button (B8) above the disarmed spike trap (T7) to open one of the doors (D8) above. You'll be back again soon, but for now backtrack down the map. In the room with the tan stone floor and 2 buttons (B5 and B6), you'll meet another skeleton. Destroy it. Then climb the ladder and traverse to the ledge on the right. Take a running jump to grab the next ledge on the right. Pull up and follow the hall down, right then up.

There are 2 skeletons lurking ahead in the room with the deep pit. Destroy them. Then jump from one tan ledge to the next across the deep pit, picking up a small medipak on the middle ledge. Fight another skeleton warrior in the next room. Then go up through the door (D10) you opened earlier and fight another skeleton. Follow the hall up and left to a ledge above the room where you fought the robed bad guys earlier.

First, make sure you pressed the button below (B9). When pressed, the middle part of the button looks dark instead of golden. If you didn't press it, Lara will fall on some invisible trap (T9) and die when she jumps over to the other button. If necessary, drop down and press it now. Then retrace your steps back around to this point. Once the trap is disarmed, take a running jump to the ledge with the button (B11) and press it to open the exit door (D11).

To get to the exit, drop down into the room below and climb the ledges at the upper left. Then go straight up through two doors (D8 and D11).

Level 13 (password FITZ) - click for printable map/map key

You start the level at the lower left corner. Go right and up to a niche (N1) with a button (B1). Place the HELL GOD STATUE in the niche and press the button twice to lower the block (BK1) to the left. Take the statue back from the niche. Then climb onto the block into the doorway above.

Follow the hallway up to the next room and place the HEAVEN GODDESS STATUE in the niche (N2) to raise the carved block (BK2) to the left. Jump to the block and from there to the ledge to the left. Go upward to the next room. Press the button (B3) next to the carved block (BK4) to raise a different carved block (BK3) in the room below/right.

Return down to the previous room either by climbing up on the right or heading back to the left the way you came. Take the GODDESS STATUE back from the niche (N2). The block (BK2) recedes, but you can now climb up using the block to the right (BK3). Place the HEAVEN GODDESS STATUE in the niche (N4) at the top of the room. This raises the block (BK4) to the left. Jump onto it and from there to the stone ledge on the left. Press the button (B5) to disarm the spike trap (T5) near the start of the level.

Jump back across the block (BK4) to the ledge on the right. Take the GODDESS STATUE back from the niche (N4). Follow the hall down to the previous room. Hop down onto the next block (BK3) then head down/left to the room with the first niche and button (N1/B1). Climb up on the right to the disarmed spike trap (T5). Place the HELL GOD STATUE in the niche (N6) and press the button (B6) once or twice to lower the 2 blocks (BK6a and b) in the deep pit to the right. Retrieve the statue.

Hop across the pit using the blocks. On the other side, go up then right. Pick up a small medipak and climb down the short ladder. Destroy the skeleton warrior and go into the room to the right. Place the HELL GOD STATUE in the niche (N7). Press the button (B7) once or twice to lower one of the blocks to the left (BK7). Retrieve the statue, climb the two blocks and jump to the ledge on the right. Press the button (B8) to open the door (D8) above.

Enter, pick up the large medipak and climb down the ladder. Advance slowly and engage a skeleton warrior. Back up to the right to avoid triggering a robed apparition to the left. When you're ready, go left and deal with him and the second skeleton he summons. When you've destroyed all three, place the HELL GOD STATUE in the niche (N9) on the left side of the room and press the button (B9) to lower a block (BK9) in the room to the right. Retrieve the statue and return to that room by climbing the ladder on the far right and following the hallway right, down (through door D8) and then right again.

Use the block (BK9) to climb to the room above. Press the button (B10) to open a door (D10) off to the left. Return to the room to the left (where you fought the skeletons and apparition). Climb the blue ledges in the middle of the room then the ladder above. Traverse to the left along the brown molding and drop to the blue ledge at the top left. Go through the door (D10) and continue up to the exit.

NOTE: If you've left either the HEAVEN GODDESS or HELL GOD STATUE in one of the niches, Lara will say, "I still have something to find here." Retrieve the statue(s) and then try the exit again.

Cut scene: Lara takes the BLACK STONE. A red-and-black-robed figure appears and shouts, "Don't let her seize the Black Stone!" He summons three enemies with purple-and-black robes then vanishes.

Level 14 (password ELRC)

There is no map for this short level. First, defeat the 3 robed figures without falling off the edge of the platform. When you do, the spikes on the next platform to the right retract. Take a running jump to grab the edge of that platform and pull up. Take another running jump to grab the next platform on the right and pull up. Go to the top right of that platform and take another running jump to grab the last one. Exit at the top of the map.

Level 15 (password CLIK) - click for printable map/map key

From the start, near the top left corner of the map, go up and right. Take a running jump to the blue ledge ahead. (Watch out; it's a long drop and there are retracting spikes below.) Take another running jump down to the next ledge and another to grab the corner ledge. Pull up and get the large medipak. Jump back to the previous ledge. Then traverse to the right along the brown molding and climb down the ladder.

Hop down into the room below and destroy the skeleton warrior that arises. Go to the left, place the HELL GOD STATUE in the niche (N1) and press the button (B1) twice to lower the block (BK1) to the right. Take back the statue. Climb onto the block and from there, jump to the ledge on the left. Pick up the Uzi ammo and wait for the spikes above to retract. Run across and press the button (B2) to open the door (D2) at the bottom right of the room. Run off the spike trap, hop down and go through that door.

Fight another skeleton just inside the room. Then advance down and left and kill 2 wolves. Continue to the bottom left of the room. The door there opens automatically. Go through.

Head to the right, shoot another wolf and get a small medipak. Continue to the right and kill another wolf. Watch out for the spikes above. Ignore the niche (N5) and button (B5) for now. Just continue through the room to the right then up. As you round the corner, a third wolf attacks. Kill it and continue upward.

Climb onto the ledge to the right above the deep pit. Take a running jump to grab the ledge in the middle of the pit. Pull up and when the burners go out, take another running jump to grab the edge of the third platform. Pull up and take the large medipak. Press the button (B3a) to temporarily deactivate the flame trap (T3) in the doorway to the right. Jump to the ledge on the right and run up past the flame trap before it relights.

Two skeleton warriors arise in the next room. Destroy them and then climb the ledges on the left. Take a running jump across the gap to grab the small ledge to the left. Pull up and press the button (B4) to deactivate a spike trap (T4) in the room below. Jump back to the ledge on the right and hop down into the room. Press the button (B3b) at the top right corner to temporarily deactivate the flame trap (T3) in the doorway below. Run down past it, but be careful not to run off into the pit. Jump back across the ledges to the left side of the pit. When jumping to the first ledge, be sure either to sprint or jump right at the edge to get a long enough jump. Also, try to aim for the lower part of the second ledge, so Lara doesn't pull up onto the flame trap.

On the other side of the pit, go left and down to the room with the retracting spike traps. Place the HEAVEN GODDESS STATUE in the niche (N5) and press the button (B5) twice to raise the block (BK5) to the left. Retrieve the statue. Then climb onto the low ledge at the far left and take a running jump to grab the block. Pull up and take another running jump to grab the ledge with the disarmed spike trap (T4). Pull up.

Pick up the UZIS (hurrah!) and press the button (B6) to open the door (D6). A wolf attacks as soon as Lara enters, so back away shooting, but take care not to fall off the platform. There's another wolf a bit farther down the hall and a skeleton near the first bend. Deal with them and then pick up the small medipak and Uzi ammo. Approach the flame trap near the edge of the deep pit. When the flames to cycle off run past them to get the large medipak.

Position Lara at the top of the ledge and take a running jump to grab the ledge on the right; pull up. Press the button (B7) to open the exit door (D7) off to the right. Hop down to the ledge below/right. Then take a running jump to grab the next ledge. Pull up and climb down on the right to reach the exit.

Cut scene: The red-robed figure confronts Lara. He demands that she give him the stone, but she refuses.

Level 16 (password MGSL)

There is no map for this short level. Climb up to the square walkway ahead and fight the red-robed bad guy. It goes fairly quickly with the Uzis (about 40 rounds will take him down). Just be sure to dodge his fireballs as much as possible and don't fall off the edge of the platform. Also, try to avoid going up the left side of the platform, since there's a wolf lurking up there and you'll have to deal with it as well. When the red-robed guy is dead, take care of the wolf, then pick up the small medipak and Uzi ammo (x2).

The spike trap at the top right is disarmed when the bad guy falls, so head up that way and pick up the RED STONE. Continue through the door above to end the level.

Cut scene: Lara spent many hours deciphering the Tome of Ezekiel, aided by her recent discoveries. She learned of a "Prophecy of Magic," which tells of three magic stones that aided the great conquerors Heort the Viking, Surya Varman II of Cambodia and Marcus Aurelios, emperor of Rome. Not having time to completely decipher the whole Prophecy, Lara rushed to Laconia Island in Southern Italy, where she deduced the last stone should be.
