Final Conflict - Panel with Button

Take a running jump across the small lava pit, jumping just at the edge and holding the Jump key to ensure that Lara makes it all the way across the pit, and grab the crosspiece on the shield-shaped panel. Lara's weight pulls the panel down revealing a button.

When the panel has descended all the way, jump back across the lava pit and shoot the button before the panel retracts.
