*SWAN DIVER ACHIEVEMENTS/TROPHIES: In order to unlock all three of these achievements/trophies, you must do them in order during the same play-through. The three highest points in the game are: (1) Mediterranean Sea - Niflheim - the ledge above the kraken pool where treasure #15 is located; (2) Mediterranean Sea - God of Thunder - the white bin marked "Life Jackets" in the corner of the upper deck to the left of where the sniper was standing; (3) Coastal Thailand - The Remnants - just before the spot where you jump down to get treasure #4. The exact locations are shown in these screenshots and in this YouTube video by F4LLENS0LDIER.

**SPEED DEMON ACHIEVEMENTS/TROPHIES: In order to unlock all four of these achievements, you must do the three speed runs in order during the same play-through. The exact locations and methods are covered in the walkthroughs for Xibalba, Gate of the Dead and Valhalla and shown in this YouTube video by gloverrandall.

For both the Swan Diver and Speed Demon achievements/trophies, it is possible to go back and get them after the fact. First, save the current game. Then, reload the autosave from before the earliest achievement (i.e., Niflheim for the Swan Diver or Xibalba for the Speed Demon) and replay the levels in order from there. Do not skip forward by loading a different save. Even if you already have one or more of the achievements in the sequence, you must replay those sections in order so the achievements will register sequentially. After obtaining the achievements, you can then reload any save you like and continue from there.

***LARA'S SHADOW ACHIEVEMENTS: The in-game descriptions of both the Refinery Speed Run and Right of Passage achievements are extremely vague. They tell the player to complete two speed runs but don't say exactly where these runs begin and end or the precise time limit. They also say you must do this without saving, when really they mean without dying. I still don't know the exact time limits, so if you do, please let me know, but I have included the start/end points in the walkthrough. I also highly recommend TI2ophy's YouTube video showing successful runs for both achievements.
