Again, climb the nubby stone handholds upward and to the right. Jump up to grab the next set of handholds and then climb to the left and jump to grab the base of the staircase. This is where the red naga came from earlier. Pull up and climb the stairs.
On the right you'll find another treasure (15/30) and on the left, a health potion. Walk to the front edge of the platform. Step off and hang from the edge. Drop and grab the edge of the ledge below. Pull up and get another treasure (16/30). Now move to the left edge of the ledge, to the spot indicated by the arrow on the left in the screenshot above.
Hang and drop to grab the L-shaped handhold below. Drop from there to the floor.
