Climb on top of the crypt with the filigree door near the wall separating the graveyard from Francine's courtyard.
Once on top of the crypt, save your game. You'll need to make a tricky jump over the wall into the courtyard. If the jump is even a little short, she won't clear the wall and will either land back inside the graveyard or on top of the deadly spikes. This screenshot shows the general area, but this is not the spot from which Lara should jump.
Instead, position Lara at an angle, with one shoulder pointing toward the corner of the wall. Side flip to clear the wall and land in the courtyard beyond.
