The first three screenshots show the location of each of the five piles of bones. You need to destroy these. Draw the shotgun, stand Lara just outside the square with the bones, look down, and fire. There are five piles in all. When you destroy all five, a trapdoor opens in one corner near the pedestal, shown in the last screenshot.
