Facing the waterfall where Secret #3 is found. Climb into the alcove outlined in red. Climb up the wall onto the small, square ledge.
Standing on this small ledge you can see the waterfall across the pool. Grab the handholds on the ceiling and traverse across past the flame. Traverse to the left bank to get some items.
Traverse back across (past the falls, now on your left) and drop onto the flat spot outlined in red.
Turn left and look upstream. This is the path you should take now.
