The screenshot above shows the path along the wall to the exit.
First, walk to the end of the stone wall farthest from the ruins. Go behind the tree to the green wall forming the edge of the level. With the green edge-of-the-world wall on Lara's left, approach the steep green slope shown in the screen above.
Now you need to make a tricky jump to get over that slope. Position Lara roughly in the spot shown in the screenshot. This is one hop plus one walking step back from the spot at the base of the slope marked with an X. Use the Look button and Left/Right direction keys to pivot Lara so she's facing the center of the middle block of the slope (roughly where the white arrow bends in the screenshot). Take a running jump and pivot to the left in the air to clear the top of the slope.
This is a VERY tricky jump. Precise positioning is critical, and you'll probably need to try it a number of times before getting it right. Play with the starting point and the angle, and eventually you'll get it. But if not, don't worry. It's only a shortcut for fun.
Once you've cleared the slope, slide down the other side to land about here.
Walk down the slope and out onto the leaves. (I guess the designers didn't think anyone would make it this far, so they didn't bother making these branches solid.) Hold the Walk button as you maneuver Lara so she doesn't step off the edge and fall into the quicksand. Take a running jump to the next solid area ahead, as shown by the first white arrow. Walk forward to the hump and take a running jump over it (second white arrow) to the next flat spot.
Turn left (toward the wall) and safety-drop to the walkway below. The exit gate is just ahead, but you're missing the key. Turn around and climb the stone steps. (These are shown in the first screenshot above.) Climb onto the roof of the ruins and go behind the angled wall to find the INDRA KEY. If the monkey grabs the key before you do, you'll have to kill it to get the key. Return to the ledge above the stairs, kill the tiger that appears under the overhang, then descend to the gate. Pick up the shotgun shells in the alcove on the left and use the key in the keyhole on the right to unlock the gate. Slog through the mud to finish the level.
(NOTE: You can also climb down through the hole near the key and explore the ruins backward if you want to.)
