River Ganges Detail - Secret #5

Go through the opening between the ROCKY SLOPE and the GREEN CAVE (to Lara's left and right, respectively, in this picture) to the open area where the river spills over a cliff into a small pool. Climb onto the tan rocks on the left.

Walk down the slope and jump the gap to the next stone ledge. (Three vultures appear when you do.)

From the end of this ledge, jump to the small square ledge ahead. (This jump is indicated by the arrow in the screenshot above and by the shorter arrow in the previous screenshot.)

Turn around and safety-drop to the ledge below and pick up harpoons and MP5 clips.

Turn around again and take a running jump across the pool to grab the horizontal crevice. Traverse to the right, pull up and crawl into the cave. This is SECRET #5.
