The ramp you came down is at your back now. Climb onto the blocks at left and take a standing jump from the edge to grab the thin ledge above.
Turn around and take a running jump to land on the small, triangular ledge ahead (X). Then turn left and take a standing jump to the next ledge. (See the screenshot below for where to stand when you take this jump.)
This screenshot shows Lara standing at the corner of the small, triangular ledge. Take a standing jump and press RIGHT in the air if necessary to angle Lara toward the ledge ahead.
Now walk across the ledge and climb into the rectangular opening through which you can see the sky.
