The path to the second secret is marked in red. (The green arrows indicate the path you take the second time through this area.) Take a running jump across the water to grab the ladder. Climb down to the first horizontal crevice.
When you reach the crevice, let go and quickly grab the lower edge.
Climb down to the angled opening on the right. Position Lara's hands at the top of the point. . .
. . . and shimmy to the right as far as possible.
Let go and grab the ledge below. Pull up into the opening to find the secret.
