Venice - Stone Bridge above the Canal
Take a standing jump from the edge of the raised wooden block to grab the awning; pull up.
Walk to the edge of the awning.
Jump forward onto the bridge and immediately backflip onto the awning.
Now you can shoot the man and dog from this safe position.
