Follow this link for my video walkthrough.
The spinning blade ahead moves one space each turn, just like Lara does. So in order to avoid it, move right three times and then climb up the wall before the blade reaches you.
Climb upward, over to the right, then down once. Do not drop to the floor yet or the blade will kill Lara.
Climb up once then back down; climb up again, then back down again. This will use up four turns, causing the blade to move to the right beneath you, then off to the left again.
Now you can drop down safely and move into the corner to the right. Break the vase off to the right to get another EMERALD (5/19).
Move right three times. Then climb down toward the cracked section of wall.
Climb to the right and kick the lever to shift the gold floor with the spinning blade toward the snake sitting on the walkway above. Then smash the vase concealed behind the column supporting the walkway. Inside is another fragment of THE TWIN SNAKES relic (3/10).
As you climb to the right, then upward, the blade moves along the track to the left, killing the snake for you.
Climb up only once. Before pulling up onto the walkway, back down once to give the blade a chance to move a little farther to the left.
Once the blade has moved away, you can climb up and exit to the right.
