Temple of Light - Red Skull 3

Grapple the golden ring on the opposite ledge.

Jump off the edge, and quickly reel in the cable by pressing Up on the left control stick (or pressing the Up direction key if using a keyboard). Continue tilting the left stick to climb the cable onto the ledge with the ring, where you'll find another red skull (3/10).
