Stella on Sabbatical
I'm sorry I haven't been working on the site as often or answering email as promptly as I used to. I apologize to everyone who has contacted me recently and not heard back yet. I've been dealing with a family-related issue that has cut into my gaming and internet time. I'm trying to catch up, and I thank you for your patience.
Tomb Raider: Underworld In Production
News is at last starting to emerge about the next entry in the Tomb Raider saga. Tomb Raider: Underworld will pick up the plot where Legend left off and take gameplay to a whole new level, with next-gen graphics, an expanded range of moves for Lara, greater interaction with objects in the environment, and many more new features. Underworld is slated for a pre-holiday 2008 release and will be available for Windows PC, PS2, PS3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii.
Several gaming magazines and web sites have been granted exclusive previews—even hands-on experience with an early build of the game—and so far it looks awesome! My Underworld page includes a few screenshots along with a list of links to other sites with more in-depth coverage.
Anniversary for Macintosh
It hasn't gotten much press so far, but a couple of other gamers have been kind enough to fill me in about the recent release Tomb Raider: Anniversary for Macintosh computers. About time, I'd say. This initial version is for Intel systems only, but publisher Feral Interactive promises a universal release in the near future. For more info, please visit MacRaider and Feral Interactive.
